I first ordered these sandals in black from Nordstrom and loved them. Tried to get them in white, size 8 1/2, Nordstrom didn't have them. I was able to order them from Amazon and LOVED them as well. I then saw them on Amazon in bronze and ordered size 8 1/2. They shipped size 9 1/2, I didn't get a response to may email complaint so I had to pay to send them back. I saw them again for a great price in 8 1/2 so I tried again thinking surely they can't mess it up twice. You're right, they did. This time they sent a size 9. Love the sandals, HATE the packaging Imbecile. I order a lot from Amazon and have never had a problem until these sandals, what's the deal!!!
